How does the Meevo Wait List work with REACH?
Meevo offers a "Wait List" for your clients to show interest in a service or appointment time that might not currently be available. When that appointment time/service becomes available they can communicate to a group of clients that this appointment is available and offer the ability for those clients to book a said appointment.
Meevo will then place that timeslot with that provider into a Pending Appointment inside of Meevo, this will keep anyone else from booking that time.
In the event nobody books that appointment time the appointment will be released and will become available again.
At this point, REACH will have access to this timeslot and will attempt to book the timeslot for the provider.
