How do I Enable Services and Employees for Online Booking in Meevo?

Enabling employees to be bookable online
Making employees bookable online can be done via Online Booking Settings > Employees tab or via the employee profile.
Note: Employees will be available to book online according to their schedule. Clock actions do not affect an employee's availability to be booked online.
Online Booking Settings > Employees tab
Here, you select which employees are available to clients for Online Booking.
• If you selected Bookable online in an employee profile, then the employee will already appear in the Selected box.
• Actions you perform in this tab will be reflected in the employee profile. So, if you move an employee from Available to Selected and save your changes, then Bookable online will automatically get enabled in the employee's profile. The reverse of this is also true.

Select Bookable online on the Main tab of the employee's profile.
Enabling services to be bookable online
Making services bookable online can be done via Online Booking Settings > services tab or via the service definition.

Here, you select which services are available to clients for Online Booking.
• If you selected Bookable online in a Service definition, then the service will already appear in the Selected box.
• Actions you perform in this tab will be reflected in the service definition. So, if you move a service from Available to Selected and save your changes, then Bookable online will automatically get enabled in the service definition. The reverse of this is also true.
Service definition
Select Bookable online on the Main tab of the Service definition.
Enabling OB employees to perform OB services
Finally, you'll need to enable Bookable online for the OB-enabled services that OB-enabled employees are configured to perform. The fastest way to achieve this is to use the "shortcut" option in the Service definition, which automatically enables Online Booking in the Employees > Services tab and Services > Employees tab, as long as the following is true:
• Bookable online is enabled in the service definition (Main tab).
• Bookable online is enabled on the employee profile (Main tab) and the employee is configured to perform the service referred to in the previous bullet.
Go to Data --> Services tile --> Select "Edit" and look for Online Booking halfway down the page:
Ensure that 2nd box is checked which will complete the connection between service and employees. Do this for each service enabled for Online Booking. Be sure to save each time!
This can also be done manually in the Employees > Services tab and Services > Employees tab.
