Meevo - Determining Active Clients for Emails and SMS

How can I tell how many active clients with emails I have inside of Meevo?

REACH uses the client database inside of Meevo to market your existing clients, we honor the opt-in/opt-out options located inside of Meevo. To determine how many active clients you currently have inside of Meevo that have Opted-in to receive email marketing follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Meevo" button 
  • Next click on "Management"
  • Next, you will want to select the button "Client Selection Export"
  • Now you can see the client selection export tool, be sure to check off the box that indicates that the client has opted in for email marketing. Now you can even export the list for other uses.

    How do I set up clients who have agreed to receive text messages?

    Reach utilizes the client settings to determine which of your clients have agreed to text messaging. When a client agrees to receive SMS, they can be set in Client settings below or online when the client signs up:
